Marie Strawser

Managing Director

Marie Strawser has more than 15 years experience in developing and sustaining agile, comprehensive, flexible, scalable enterprise-wide continuity programs in business continuity. Over the years, Marie’s focus has been on developing and implementing business continuity lifecycles that enhance organizations’ capabilities to provide critical services at any time, regardless of the event and impact.

Marie has a B.A. in mathematics from Saint Mary’s University, an M.S. in software engineering from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is on the BCPA Board of Directors, serves as the Secure360 expansion committee chair and is an UMSA founding member. Follow Marie on Twitter.

Rich Rhodes, CISSP


Rich has over 17 years of IT and Information Security experience. He currently works in information security and is responsible for all areas of information security, compliance, and privacy. Rich is also a member of (ISC)2 Twin Cities.

Mat Wilcek

Past President

Mat has 15 years experience specializing in the areas of IT security and operations, business continuity/disaster recovery and incident response. When not working, Mat’s hobbies include teaching information security, presenting at conferences/round tables and grilling – weather permitting.

Amber Kashmark

Vice President

Amber has over 14 years information security and information technology experience. She holds multiple security certifications and is currently leading a threat and vulnerability management team. Amber is passionate about encouraging other women to join the information security industry.

Charles Lamberton

Secure360 Conference Chair

Charles Lamberton is a principal security architect with 20 years of experience in IT, with the last 10 in information security focusing on threat and vulnerability management. He currently resides in Minneapolis.

Mike Kelly


Mike Kelly has been an information security practitioner for over 15 years. He has built consulting companies focused on systems management and security. As well, he has working in large corporate environments, focusing on IT infrastructure security, application security and risk management. Mike’s career has spanned all aspects of Information Systems, from development, to research and design, to systems and infrastructure. Mike is an entrepreneur at heart and will take any opportunity to build partnerships through strong relationships.

In his spare you can find Mike either with his children, on his bicycle or simply outdoors.

Michael Wilm


Mike has worked at Wells Fargo since 1995 and has been in IT audit the entire time. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mike worked for five years at TCF Bank in a general audit role. Mike is currently an IT Senior Audit Leader at Wells Fargo, leading major audits. He has been on the UMSA board since 2011 and is one of the representatives from Minnesota Chapter of ISACA. Mike has been involved with ISACA since 1994 and has served in nearly every board position. His favorite hobby is travel; he has been to Europe seven times!

Kelley Archer

Executive Advisory

Kelley has over 23 years in IT Security and an additional 10 years in Physical Security. He is an active member of the Minnesota ISSA Chapter and has been president, vice president, program director and is currently an executive advisor. Kelley is also a member of the ISSA International Ethics Committee and MN Chapter of InfraGard. In addition he has been a leader in the local SEAG, Security Education and Awareness Group, a special interest group that focuses on development of security awareness within corporations.

He is an adjunct instructor at Century College and provides free identity theft prevention briefings for the elderly. Kelley was one of the co-founders of Secure360, the largest annual security conference in the upper Midwest, held in May each year.

In 2007 Kelley was recognized by his peers as the IT Security Professional of the Year in the upper Midwest and in July of 2012 was recognized by ISSA International as a Distinguished Fellow.
