On Monday, June 30, UMSA will hold its Annual Meeting for all UMSA board members and participating member organizations. All UMSA members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting on June 30 from 4-6 p.m. Click here to register for this free event.
As part of the annual meeting, we are taking nominations for the following board positions:
Vice President (President-elect)
The Vice President shall attend to the duties of the President in his/her absence or if the President’s office may become vacant for any cause, and shall do and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors (VP is also the President Elect).
The Secretary shall be responsible for the maintenance of books, documents, and papers required in the management and operation of the Board of Directors and shall in general perform all the duties incident to the office of secretary, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, and shall do and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
