Increased Customer staff security awareness is critical. Many regulations including; “GLBA § 314.4.(b)”. 2011 Online Banking Authentication supplement requires financial institutions to provide “customer awareness and education”. This session provides sample presentation content for management, employees, and customers. Come prepared to discuss what you’ve done, what you’d like to do, and identify some creative ways to improve security awareness requirements without major investment. Humorous videos and examples of content will be shared for consideration on how an organization could incorporate into their program or learn from as attendees to make yourself a better consumer.
