Minneapolis CSO Executive Quarterly Summit
Happening September 18, this forum for CSOs by CSOs focuses on creating and fostering a dynamic peer exchange around evolving information risk challenges and dynamic regulatory environment confronting CSOs.
We’ve recently partnered with the summit to help fulfill their goal of mentoring the next generation of executive security leaders through educational and collaborative engagement opportunities.

CSA Congress
The cloud security event of the year is taking place in Edinburgh, Scotland September 25-26 and covers all aspects of cloud security and compliance. The CSA Congress includes cloud computing workshops, speakers, training, networking and more. The conference brings together a wide variety of security professionals from around the world.
Speakers at the CSA this year include Eran Feigenbaum, director of security at Google, Kevin Walker, vice president and assistant CISO at Walmart, Stavros Isaiadis, assistant vice president of technology at Bank of America, Merril Lynch and more.

Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing (GHC)
This conference with the theme “Think Big, Drive Forward,” will be held in Minneapolis October 2-5. The conference is designed to bring the research and career interests of women in computing to the forefront and is the largest technical conference for women in computing and fosters collaboration, networking, career mentoring and more.
GHC is presented by the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology and the Association for Computing Machinery. Featured speakers this year include Ana Pinczuk, SVP of CISCO and Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook.

APSEC USA
This world-class software security conference for technologists, auditors, risk managers and entrepreneurs is happening November 18-21 in New York City. The purpose of the conference is to share new research and practices from the world’s top practitioners.
Speaking at the conference this year are Sreenarayan Ashokkumar, an information security consultant at Paladion Networks in Mumbai India, Bill Cheswick, a visiting scholar at Uni. Of Penn who coined the words “proxy” and “jail” in their current internet meanings, and many more.
